2. You will then be on this page: https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/recoveryoptions. Down the bottom in small writing, you will see text that says “Can’t access any of these recovery options? Verify your identity by answering multiple questions about your account.” Click the link which takes you to https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/knowledgetest
