How can I get a new ip address so a site cant see its me and i can sign back on to that site.

A few things you could try here:
- Restart your modem and get a new Dynamic IP address. Find out more about dynamic and static IP addresses.
- Simply clear your browser cookies and private data as the site may be remembering you through this information. Read How do I delete my web browsers cookies and private data?
